Situation
The seasonal transitions to winter and summer are key moments for tire replacements and purchases. Goodyear’s objective during these periods is to boost sales of their tires, allowing them to refresh the depleted stock of their distributers for next year’s season.
Solution
During these seasonal transitions a huge amount of tires are being bought by pure necessity, the challenge is to turn the attention of the consumer towards Goodyear during that process. To do so, we created seasonal cashback actions combined with big contests. The consumer receives money and gets a chance to win a car, an adventurous trip or other big prices. Everyone wins!
Result
The Goodyear winter and summer sell out campaigns had a combined amount of 6000 participations, resulting in a total cashback amount of 150.000€, 10 participants that won the trip of their lifetime and 2 very lucky winners that drove home with a brand new Audi Q2.
